Elizabeth Jick is a Managing Director of the non-profit investment banking group, with over 28 years of public finance experience. Previously, Elizabeth was the Managing Director of the Public Finance Department at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. for 16 years. She is currently President of Gann Academy, Treasurer of Facing History and Ourselves, an Executive Committee member of the Anti-Defamation League, and past Chair of Beaver Country Day School.

Managing Director

Susan Winshall is a Managing Director of the non-profit investment banking group. She has focused on public finance her entire career, starting at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. in 1985, prior to joining Zions in 2001. Susan serves in a senior investment banking capacity, and provides comprehensive debt financing services to a diverse range of non-profit and municipal clients throughout the country.

Managing Director

Andrew Artusa is Managing Director of Zions Bank’s municipal financial advisory affiliate NSB Public Finance, and assists the non-profit investment banking group with quantitative support and transaction execution. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Artusa has served as financial advisor on over $20.3 billion in bonds, including general obligation, special improvement district, tax increment, variable rate demand bonds, commercial paper programs and lease purchase financings.

Jeff Kyle provides assistance with financial analyses, client support, presentations, and marketing. He has a diverse background and experience in investment banking, most recently with United Mergers & Acquisitions. Jeff joined the Boston Public Finance group in August 2010. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science, Finance from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business.

Charles (Chip) Loughridge, based in Salt Lake City, runs Zions Bank’s national municipal bond sales and trading desk and oversees the underwriting and remarketing of the department's tax-exempt and taxable debt financings. Chip has over 30 years of trading, underwriting and customer service experience.

John O’Sullivan, Senior Vice President, has oversight responsibility for all of public finance at Zions Bank. He has over 35 years experience in the public sector, having also served as City Manager in Fontana California.

Catherine McCarthy joined Zions in 2008. She is responsible for Public Finance administraton for the Boston office. She oversees all aspects of the office administration, proposal preparation and all computer technology operations.
